After one year and a half from the closing of the borders along the Western Balkan route and the signing of the EU-Turkey agreement, EU leaders declare their strategy to tackle the migration crisis a success. STRETCH/BALANCE mixes an imaginary visual language with interviews and human rights organization reports to talk about the unspoken tragedy behind European externalization agreements.
